This guide will help you find recommended resources for research in French. Use the menu on the left to find suggested resources and starting points for your research.

Ask at the Research Help Desk!

• Located in Frost Library, Level 1.
• Monday - Friday, 11 am - 5 pm: Drop-in help from research librarians
• Sunday - Thursday, 5 pm - 9 pm: Specially trained Peer Research Assistants available!

• Schedule a consultation with a research librarian at the Frost Research Help Desk.
• Email us directly, or email library@amherst.edu if you're not sure which librarian to meet with.
• Schedule at the Science Library or Archives & Special Collections.
