Find Biographies, Autobiographies, Memoirs in the Library

Use the Advanced Search option in the Library's Search Everything tool.

Find biographies

In the first search box, put in the person's name
In the second search box, put in the word biography
Change the second box's drop-down option to SU Subject Terms
Click Search

Find autobiographies, memoirs, and works by the person

In the first search box, put in the person's name
Change the drop-down option to AU Author
In the second search box, put in the following words (including OR): person's name OR biography
Change second box's drop-down option to SU Subject Terms
Click Search

Limit to Books at Amherst

On the left side of the results screen, look for the Library Location filter and select Amherst College Frost Library.

Find Primary Sources in the Library

Use the Advanced Search option in the Library's Search Everything tool.

In the first search box, enter the person's name
Change the drop-down option to SU Subject Terms
