If you're in ProQuest Ebook Central:
Along the top of the ebook is a toolbar with annotation options: highlighter, add notes, bookmark.
Add Notes: Create notes using the icon to add a note to a specific page
Or highlight text to add a note to a particular section.
If you're in EBSCO ebooks:
You can add notes associated with specific pages, but not specific passages.
You will need to sign in to an EBSCO account in order to save your notes for later.
You can either link your Google account to EBSCO to sign in, or create a new account.
JSTOR and Springer do not offer tools to add notes. You can try to download your ebook or chapter as a PDF in order to add notes to your copy.
